BOSTON, May 9, 2018 – Beacon Health Options (Beacon), the nation’s premier behavioral health management company, today announced that, after a comprehensive review, it has raised its minimum hourly pay rate to $15 per hour. Beacon made the change as part of its ongoing effort to invest in employees and attract talent. In addition to this increase in the minimum hourly pay rate, Beacon continually supports its employees through a variety of programs, including training and development, and competitive benefit and retirement offerings.
“Investing in our workforce through fair and competitive pay is essential. We recognize that without our employees, Beacon would not be able to fulfill its mission of helping people live their lives to the fullest potential,” said Beacon Health Options President and CEO Russell Petrella, Ph.D. “We will continue to review our pay practices and benefits offerings regularly to ensure that we remain competitive in the market, attract new talent and support employees who are on the front lines of the work we do every day.”
