According to the report “Resilience in the Workplace: An Evidence Review and Implications for Practice,” providing resilience training can strengthen a person’s ability to withstand, recover, and bounce back from adversity, and may improve the ability to cope with, and recover from negative workplace stressors.
Training employees on tactics to cope with situations such as dealing with difficult people, remaining calm under pressure, and taking on new challenges successfully can help improve employee resilience and improve the overall health of an organization.
