Marla Lamontagna, Senior Vice President Beacon Employer Division

As Senior Vice President Beacon Employer Division Marla is responsible for the overall customer satisfaction, program enhancement, retention and business growth of Beacon’s Employer Employee Assistance Programs and Behavioral Health benefit programs. She works with the Employer team on day to day account service delivery, product development and training as well as customer and member communication ensuring contract compliance. Marla supports new business and retention initiatives. She collaborates with other key departments working on operational enhancements and innovative projects that are instrumental in supporting the ability of Beacon Health Options to provide service excellence, consultation and overall Customer satisfaction. 

Marla has been with the Beacon for 30 years and has a long tenure of serving key Employer business advancing and modernizing Beacon’s EAP and organizational services program delivery.  She has played a major role in enhancements of client reporting, regulatory projects and business development.

Marla has over 34 years of experience in behavioral health care as both a clinician and administrator. Marla has Masters in Social Worker and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as being a Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
