Matt leads a team of more than 20 developers and analysts to support production applications that enhance client management services for health plan, state and county, and specialty product customers, ensuring security and innovation are implemented in all solutions.

With decades of experience in behavioral health information technology, software development, and security compliance, he aims to implement cutting-edge technologies to ensure existing solutions meet customer needs.

Prior to serving in his current position, Matt held many positions within the web development arena. He earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from George Mason University and won the inaugural Delivering on the Promise Award from Carelon Behavioral Health in 2018.
