Although paper claims are accepted, physicians, other health care professionals, and facilities are strongly encouraged to submit claims electronically. Electronic claim submissions can be made utilizing your current Clearinghouse or directly through the ProviderConnect portal on Beacon Health Options website.

Beacon currently accepts Payer ID ‘FHC &Affiliates’ and ‘BEACON963116116’. For support with Electronic claim submission, please reach out to our EDI Helpdesk 888-247-9311 from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.

For electronic claims submitted via a clearinghouse, refer directly to their website payer list.
